Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This notice explains what personal information UCraft Bukhara Camp 2026 collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
The organiser of UCraft Bukhara Camp 2026 is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach the admissions team on Telegram at @ucraft911 with any question about your data, including a request to see it or to have it deleted.
What we collect
Only what the application form asks for: your name, date of birth, age, gender, region of residence, nationality where the form asks for it, phone number, Telegram username, e-mail address, place of study or work, your English level, your written answers and essays, any dietary or accessibility needs you choose to tell us, your emergency contact’s name, relationship and phone number, your media-consent answer, and — if you are under 18 — your parent or guardian’s name, relationship and phone number. Where the category charges an application fee, you also upload a payment confirmation: a receipt, screenshot or PDF from your bank.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask for passport or ID numbers. We do not record your IP address, your browser, or any advertising identifier, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site. Your payment confirmation is not stored on this website: the file passes through our server to the admissions team’s private Telegram channel and is then discarded. All that remains here is a short reference such as RCP-4K7M, which is what lets the team find your receipt again.
Why we collect it
To administer and review your application, to match your payment to your application using your Application ID, to telephone you to verify your details, and — if you are admitted — to run the camp safely, including catering for dietary needs and contacting your emergency contact if something happens.
Where it goes
Your application is stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the UCraft admissions team, and a notification is sent to the team’s private Telegram channel. Your payment confirmation goes to that same private channel and nowhere else. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and nothing is shared with any third party except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Applications are deleted after the camp concludes and the admissions cycle is closed. If you want your application deleted sooner, message @ucraft911 and we will remove it.
Applicants under 18
If you are under 18, the form requires a parent or guardian's name, contact details and consent before it can be submitted. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to withdraw that consent and have the application deleted.
Photography at the camp
The Fully Funded and Partially Funded forms ask whether you agree to be photographed or recorded during the camp for educational, promotional, documentary, and archival purposes. Answering no does not affect your application.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message @ucraft911 on Telegram and we will respond.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice and your unsubmitted application draft are stored in your own browser on your own device, and the draft is never sent anywhere until you press submit. The one thing that leaves your device earlier is the payment confirmation, at the moment you choose to upload it.
