Anyone aged 15 to 25 who lives in Uzbekistan. You do not need to be a student, and you do not need previous leadership experience.

No. English proficiency is not required to apply. It is considered an advantage, because the camp is primarily conducted in English, but the application asks you to describe your level honestly rather than to prove it.

It is 70,000 UZS for Fully Funded and Partially Funded, and USD 130 for Self-Funded. It covers the administration and review of applications. It is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly decided otherwise by the Organizer. Paying it does not guarantee an interview, admission, funding, or participation.

The form gives you a Payment ID such as UCF-4K7M2Q before you submit — you pay against it, upload the receipt, and only then can the application be sent. Transfer the fee for your category — 70,000 UZS, or USD 130 if you are Self-Funded — to the bank account or the card shown on the payment page, and put that ID in the payment description. Some apps have no description field for card-to-card transfers; if yours does not, pay anyway and upload the receipt. That same number becomes your Application ID once the form is sent, and it is how we find you when we call.

Before you submit. The form gives you a Payment ID, you transfer the fee quoting it, and then you upload your receipt — the submit button stays disabled until you do. Applications are not reviewed until the fee has been received and verified.

Apply for the one that matches what you can actually cover. On the Fully Funded form there is a question asking whether you would like to be considered for a Partially Funded or Self-Funded place if you are not selected for a fully funded one — that is the way to keep your options open.

For Fully Funded participants, yes — round-trip transportation is covered. Partially Funded and Self-Funded participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Bukhara.

We verify your payment, then call you on the number you gave us to confirm your details. Applications are reviewed holistically by a Selection Committee. Shortlisted applicants are invited to an online or offline interview, and final decisions are made after that.

Yes. Your answers are saved to the device you are using as you type. If you close the tab and come back, the site offers to restore your draft. If you are on a shared or school computer, finish and submit in one sitting where you can.

Yes — applications open at 15. If you are under 18 the form asks for a parent or guardian's name and contact details, and their consent, before you can submit.

No. The Selection Committee's decisions are final within the camp's admissions process, and individual evaluation reports, scores, or reviewer comments are not provided.
